How do I pay for the groceries?

I pay at the register with my own card to keep the process simple for you. You reimburse the exact store total shown on the receipt plus the service fee via Zelle, Venmo, or Check at the time of delivery.

Do I get the actual store receipt?

Yes, absolutely. I provide the original physical store receipt with every delivery so you can see exactly what was paid at the register. Unlike delivery apps, I never add hidden markups to your items.

Can you shop at more than one store for a single order?

Yes. Some of my clients may prefer specific items from different local markets. I offer an additional store stop for a flat $15 fee per extra location. This allows you to get your favorite meats from one shop and your organic produce from another without any hassle.

What if an item is out of stock?

I will text or call you from the aisle to discuss the best substitution. If I can't reach you, I will omit the item to ensure you only pay for exactly what you want.

What exactly is a "Fridge Safety Sweep"?

Included with the Wellness Check-In, I perform a quick visual sweep of your refrigerator to identify and remove expired or duplicate perishables, helping your kitchen stay organized and safe.

What areas do you serve?

How do returns work?

If there is a mistake with the shop, I will handle the return or replacement free of charge. For standard returns, I can process them during my next regular visit for your convenience.
